We use SOLIDWORKS to generate detailed 3D models of each bespoke system, giving you a clear and comprehensive view before anything goes into production. Shown here is an overhead laser welding gantry, purpose built for an inverted cobot mount.

This fully automated vision inspection cell was designed to examine all six sides of each container, identifying imperfections, defects, or damage.
Using SOLIDWORKS, we create detailed 3D simulations that bring the process to life, showing exactly how each stage of inspection is carried out. These simulations not only offer a clear visual understanding of the system’s operation but also demonstrate that the required cycle times can be consistently achieved, giving you full confidence in the performance of the final solution.

This standalone vibratory feeder was developed to regulate product flow whilst removing dust and broken pieces prior to discharge into a filler. An integrated sieve ensures only clean, intact product is passed forward, protecting downstream equipment and maintaining final product quality.
